Voices for Change speaker series

To solve today’s problems, we need to embrace new ways of thinking. The Voices for Change speaker series is an exiting new initiative designed to elevate and amplify the stories and perspectives of everyday people and professionals making an impact on social justice issues and environmental action. Colchester-East Hants Public Library will invite thought-leaders to share their insights, ideas, experiences, and viewpoints, so that together we can build a better, more equitable, Nova Scotia.

Beginning in 2023, the series will span 8-10 months and will feature a hybrid of virtual and in-person sessions across our region. Please take a few minutes to complete short, 4-question survey and let us know what you would like to see from Voices for Change.

Important Notes about Text Message Notifications:

  • Please do not attempt to reply to the text message – we will not be able to receive any texts sent back to us.
  • Standard text messaging rates may apply. This is based on your phone service plan and not the responsibility of the Library.
  • Text messages do not stop other notification methods. Text notice messages are sent in addition to the email or phone notices that you may already be receiving.
