The Colchester-East Hants Public Library Foundation (CEPHL Foundation) is a charitable organization, made up of community volunteers, that raises funds for the Colchester-East Hants Public Library to support the development and delivery of quality public library service for all residents of Colchester-East Hants.

Founded in 2001, the Colchester-East Hants Public Library Foundation has a generous supporter base of individual and corporate donors that believe in the value that public libraries bring to their communities.

Grants from the Foundation to the Colchester-East Hants Public Library are used for technology acquisitions and improvements, funding for special projects and collections, as well as funding of capital projects. The Foundation does not provide assistance with the Library’s operating costs. The Foundation works closely with the Library board and staff to ensure that your contribution is put to the best use.
