Scientists in Situ: Up and Down, All Around

Explore how things move! Discover the science behind a magic trick, defy gravity by creating a balancing bird, and engineer an elastic racer to chase down Newton’s Laws. We’ll be on the move! Presented by Scientists in School. Ages 4-12 (Children under 6 may require assistance from an adult).
How to Participate
Register 1 spot per household/device. Call 902-895-4193 or email info@cehpubliclibrary.ca to register. You will be emailed an invitation link to Zoom and instructions before the event takes place.
Science kits with all necessary supplies for the experiments will be available for pick-up at your local branch after you register.
Tech Requirements: All devices are accepted.
