Laszlo Lichter – Author reading

Join us for an author reading with Laszlo Lichter, former mayor of the Municipality of Halifax and author of Border of Hope, Fence of Despair. Mr. Lichter’s book chronicles his suffering, and that of his family, under communist rule in Hungary from 1948-1959 and their efforts to flee the country with the onset of the Hungarian Revolution. There will be an opportunity for book sales and signing after the event.
